Women of the Woods 2020 Photo Journal

Updated: Dec 22, 2021

Our Women of the Woods Program had a remarkable year. We began the year with record hike attendance, transitioned to online programs, and then began offering covid-conscious, in-person hikes. We realized how important our programs were to many women when we resumed hikes again this summer. The deep and heartfelt sharing that took place at these gatherings showed that the need to connect with nature and with each other is stronger than ever. There is something special about the community women that forms when we gather outside.

We will be glad when mask wearing is not needed, but we feel so fortunate that connections and good times still happened over the last five months.
